Our client is seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join their busy dealership in Grantham, Lincolnshire.

Duties as a Car Sales Executive will Include:
  • Engaging with customers to identify their vehicle requirements
  • Demonstrating vehicle features and benefits effectively
  • Conducting test drives and delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover
  • Achieving and exceeding agreed sales targets
  • Building lasting customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
  • Promoting finance, insurance, and additional products where appropriate
  • Maintaining accurate customer and sales records
Requirements for the Car Sales Executive Role:
  • Previous experience as a Car Sales Executive or within a similar automotive sales environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Target-driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Good knowledge of vehicle specifications and features
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK Driving Licence
