We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Plant Engineer to join our client's team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented professional to work within the plant and construction industry, providing vital maintenance and repair services on a range of heavy equipment. The successful individual will be based in the Woodford area.

Duties:
  • Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of plant equipment, including pumps, diggers, dumpers, skimmers, and trailers
  • Report to site early in the morning and carry out inspections and repairs efficiently
  • Keep accurate records of service and repairs
  • Assist with on-site diagnostics and repairs during breakdowns
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding technical issues and work progress
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Plant Mechanic or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of plant equipment, including pumps and diggers
  • Valid driving licence with the ability to operate a company van
  • Flexibility to cover different sites as required
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in plant engineering or mechanics
