This vital role plays a key part in managing warranty claims smoothly and efficiently, ensuring our clients receive top-tier support.   • Basic Salary: £30,000
  • OTE: £34,200
  • NO WEEKENDS
  • 40 Hours per week

What You’ll Do As A Warranty Advisor:
  • Ensure claims are processed accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality
  • Collaborate with colleagues, including training from current team members, to ensure seamless workflow
  • Organise and prioritise daily activities to handle warranties effectively, without being overwhelmed
Required Skills for this Warranty Advisor role:
  • Proven experience as a Warranty Advisor or in a similar role
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to learn and navigate technical systems quickly
  • Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and clients
  • Previous experience working with automotive warranty systems
  • Knowledge of automotive industry processes
  • Customer service experience
Preferred Background for this Warranty Advisor role: 
  • Prior experience in warranty management or administrative role within the automotive sector
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications are advantageous
