Duties:
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic equipment
  • Perform routine servicing and maintenance in line with manufacturer standards
  • Stay current with developments in automotive technology, including hybrid and electric vehicle systems
  • Provide clear explanations of repair requirements and estimates to customers
  • Uphold high standards of quality and safety in all work undertaken
  • Mentor and support junior technicians, fostering a collaborative team environment 
Requirements:
  • Relevant Vehicle Technician certification, such as Master Technician or Diagnostic certification, preferred but not essential
  • Proven experience in automotive diagnostics and repairs
  • Strong knowledge of modern vehicle systems including hybrid, electric, and safety features
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Leadership qualities and willingness to support team development
  • Valid UK driving licence
