Our client is actively recruiting for a SMART Repair Technician to join their team at a reputable dealership in Maidstone, Kent. This role offers a fantastic chance to progress your career in a respected environment that values quality workmanship and professional development.

  • Working Monday to Friday with standard hours (8am-5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am-4.30pm on Fridays)

Duties:
  • Carry out a variety of cosmetic repairs including stripping, refurbishing, and fitting parts to damaged vehicles
  • Perform multi-skilled Smart Repair tasks across different vehicle models in line with manufacturer specifications
  • Collaborate effectively with team members of skilled Bodyshop Technicians to ensure repair excellence
  • Follow health and safety protocols consistently, including the correct use of PPE during all repairs
  • Adhere strictly to manufacturer repair procedures and quality standards
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Smart Repairer or Bodyshop Technician specialising in cosmetic repairs
  • Knowledge of accident or cosmetic vehicle repair processes and techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
  • Ability to work efficiently within a team and meet deadlines
  • Full compliance with health and safety regulations, including the use of PPE
