- Monday to Friday, hours from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, with weekends off

- Organising workshop bookings and parts ordering
- Ensuring smooth communication between customers and workshop team
- Supporting the service department with administrative tasks
- Previous experience in automotive service or admin roles
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficient in IT systems related to automotive service management
- Ability to work well within a team and deliver excellent customer care
- Valid UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK
