A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for an experienced and professional Aftersales Manager for our client's multi-franchise approved car dealership in Cardiff.
  • Salary: Up to £60,000 basic salary pending experience, with an OTE of £75,000 per annum
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:30pm.Company car available.

Reporting to the General Manager and responsible for a large team of aftersales staff, including 11+ Vehicle Technicians producing between £120-150,000 of labour each month, a Workshop Controller and multiple Service Advisors who see up to 80 customers per day, a Service Manager who is running the department and reception, and a large parts team supply parts to the workshop and public! You will be a proactive member of our client's management team with responsibility for running an efficient and professional after-sales operation to ensure complete customer satisfaction through the maximum utilisation of workshop facilities and the efficient sale of labour.

The successful individual will live within a reasonable commuting distance of Cardiff and have strong recent or current experience working as an Aftersales Manager within a large franchise-approved car dealership. You will need to be effective in managing and supporting colleagues and have the drive and determination to maintain policies that constantly improve customer satisfaction and our client's reputation. You will need to be IT literate and have a UK driving licence with minimal points. Experience and qualifications within the VAG network are desirable.
