An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Aftersales Advisor to join a well-established, family-run main dealer in Corby.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused automotive professional to join an established Aftersales team and play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience.
We're open to candidates from either a Service or Parts background, provided you have strong customer service skills, good communication abilities and a genuine desire to build a career within Aftersales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the service and repair process
- Book vehicles into the workshop and manage customer appointments
- Provide accurate estimates and explain recommended work clearly to customers
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Maintain excellent levels of customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for additional work and maximise Aftersales sales
- Prepare accurate job cards and ensure all relevant documentation is completed
- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally
- Ensure manufacturer and company processes are followed at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience within an automotive Service or Parts environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A professional and confident manner when dealing with customers
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify sales opportunities
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- The ability to work effectively in a busy Aftersales environment
Candidates with Service Advisor experience are preferred, but we are also happy to consider experienced Parts Advisors or other customer-facing automotive professionals who have the right attitude and customer service skills.
