Our Client, a National Fleet Management Company in the Hampton Middlesex area is currently looking to hire an experienced Accident Management Administrator.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Ensure that all communication is dealt with professionally and accurately.
  • To record accident damage details in the company’s Accident Management system.
  • To ensure claim details are recorded accurately by the Client Management department, chasing any missing information.
  • To notify insurer(s) of claim details and instruct bodyshop to arrange estimate.
  • To proactively manage bodyshop’s to progress the vehicle throughout the repair, providing updates to Client Management as and when required.
  • To process accident claims according to clients’ procedures ensuring relevant
  • documentation is sent to the insurance company and any relevant parties.
