We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to join a reputable family-run dealership in Norwich, Norfolk. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced Service Advisor to develop their career within a supportive and friendly environment.

Duties

  • Greeting customers and establishing their vehicle service needs
  • Booking in vehicles for servicing and repairs efficiently
  • Advising customers on additional work required and up-selling where appropriate
  • Preparing estimates and explaining service requirements clearly to clients
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships
  • Managing service documentation and process all relevant paperwork accurately
Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within a dealership environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage a busy workload effectively
  • Professional attitude and a proactive approach
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence
