- Basic Salary: Circa £30,000 + Bonus
- OTE after bonus £34,000 - £37,000
- Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm
- Saturday (1 in 3) 08:30am - 1:00pm
Our client, a well regarded Main Dealership in Northampton, is currently looking to expand their team with a new Service Advisor. Once you become accredited, your salary will increase and you will have access to further progression into Senior Service roles.
To be considered for the role, our client is looking for:
- Experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor within a garage environment (independent or dealership)
- Experience working in a high volume or fast paced environment within the automotive industry.
- Somebody with a proven track record of customer service, booking customers in for Services/MOT's, following up with updates and upselling where required.
- An individual who is capable of maintaining outstanding customer service, whilst being thick-skinned and having the tough conversations when needed
