We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor at a respected franchised main dealer in Plymouth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional to join a well-established dealership team and develop their career within a dynamic environment.

Benefits of a Service Advisor:
  • Competitive basic salary of £27,000 per annum
  • Potential earnings of up to £35,000 including bonuses and overtime
  • Monday to Friday working week with Saturday mornings on a one-in-four basis
  • Morning off on a Monday when the previous Saturday was worked

Duties of a Service Advisor:
  • Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Managing service appointment bookings and liaising with customers to explain vehicle repairs and service requirements
  • Assisting with workshop scheduling and ensuring work is completed efficiently
  • Generating upsell opportunities and promoting dealership services
  • Ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and professional communication
  • Handling administrative tasks related to service department operations
Requirements of a Service Advisor:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the motor industry preferred but not absolutely essential 
  • Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities
  • Face-to-face customer interaction experience
  • Full valid UK driver’s licence
  • Professional attitude and a proactive approach to work
