We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable dealership in Exeter, Devon. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to advance their career within the motor trade while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £30,000 per annum
  • OTE of up to £36,000 per year
  • Monday to Friday working week, no weekends
  • Working hours from 8am to 6pm with a one-hour lunch break
  • Opportunities for career progression within a well-established dealership
Duties:
  • Providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with clients
  • Managing service bookings and ensuring timely communication with customers
  • Upselling additional products and services where appropriate
  • Assisting with vehicle drop-off and collection processes
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and service history records
  • Communicating effectively with the workshop team and parts department to ensure smooth operation
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role within the motor trade preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Good organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Full UK driving licence
