We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Vehicle Technician to join our client's busy team in Romford, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals to work within a dynamic environment that offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and genuine career progression.

Duties:
  • Provide technical and diagnostic services to meet customer expectations and exceed productivity targets
  • Maintain and enhance technical knowledge through manufacturer training and ongoing development
  • Ensure all repair and servicing work complies with manufacturer standards and quality assurance protocols
  • Perform MOT Tests
  • Conduct vehicle health checks accurately and efficiently, ensuring 100% compliance with company procedures
  • Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment at all times
  • Support the warranty process and assist the team in delivering excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Relevant formal qualification such as City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience in inspection, repair, and servicing of motor vehicles
  • MOT Tester qualification
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Previous experience within a franchised dealership is preferred but not essential
