Are you an experienced Diagnostic Technician looking to advance your career in a vibrant and modern automotive environment? Our client, a reputable dealership in North West London, is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Technician to join their dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a passion for vehicle diagnostics and hybrid/electric vehicle systems.

Benefits:
  • Starting basic salary of £40,000 per annum with an uncapped earning potential of up to £55,000 including bonus and overtime
  • Opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art, newly built workshop with advanced diagnostic equipment
  • Monday to Friday working hours from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays from 8.30 am to 12.30 pm (paid at time and a half for overtime)

Duties:
  • Diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical issues on a wide range of vehicles, including hybrid and electric models
  • Use specialised diagnostic tools and equipment to identify faults accurately
  • Maintain detailed service records and communicate findings clearly to colleagues and customers
  • Ensure that all work adheres to health and safety standards and quality procedures
  • Assist in maintaining the workshop’s high standards of work and customer satisfaction
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and diagnostic procedures
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Diagnostic Technician with a solid understanding of vehicle systems
  • Qualified in hybrid and electric vehicle diagnostics is advantageous
  • Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with relevant diagnostic tools and software
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • A full valid UK driving licence
  • Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment
