About the Role Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Panel Beater to join their state-of-the-art Accident Repair Centre in Nottingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Panel Beater to join a modern repair facility, working alongside an experienced team and carrying out high-quality accident repairs.

The role offers an attractive £35,500 basic salary with an uncapped time-saved bonus, providing realistic earning potential of around £50,000 OTE for an efficient and productive technician.

The Role As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for repairing accident-damaged vehicles to a high standard, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and in line with manufacturer and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out high-quality panel repairs to accident-damaged vehicles.
  • Assess vehicle damage and determine the appropriate repair methods.
  • Strip and refit vehicle components as required.
  • Repair and replace body panels where necessary.
  • Carry out welding and structural repairs where required.
  • Ensure all repairs are completed to manufacturer and industry standards.
  • Work efficiently to maximise time-saved bonus opportunities.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
  • Work closely with the wider Accident Repair Centre team to ensure vehicles are completed on time.
About You Our client is looking for an experienced Panel Beater who:
  • Has previous experience working within an automotive Bodyshop or Accident Repair Centre.
  • Has strong panel repair and accident damage repair experience.
  • Takes pride in producing high-quality workmanship.
  • Has excellent attention to detail.
  • Can work efficiently to deadlines and productivity targets.
  • Works well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Is committed to maintaining high standards of health, safety and quality.
