We’re working with one of the UK’s leading accident repair specialists, with over 30 years of experience and a growing network of state-of-the-art repair centres. They’re continuing to grow and are looking for an experienced MET Technician to join their Coventry team. This is a great MET Technician opportunity to join a well-established business that invests in its people, provides ongoing training and offers excellent facilities to work in. 
  • Location:Coventry
  • Salary: £40,000+ DOE
  • Hours: Monday – Friday | 8-hour shifts
  • No weekends

What you’ll be doing as a MET Technician:
  • Dismantling and reassembling mechanical, electrical and trim components as part of accident repairs
  • Carrying out four-wheel alignment checks and repairs
  • Working alongside Technicians, Vehicle Damage Assessors and Production teams to ensure vehicles are repaired efficiently
  • Working on electric vehicles and keeping up to date with new vehicle technology
  • Ensuring vehicles are protected throughout the repair process and all work is completed safely and to a high standard
What we’re looking for in our MET Technician:
  • MET Technician experience within a Bodyshop or accident repair environment
  • IMI/ATA MET qualification or equivalent experience
  • Experience with vehicle dismantling and rebuilds 
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Good attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
  • Able to work well in a busy team environment
  • EV experience would be beneficial
