Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician seeking a new challenge? Our client is looking to recruit a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their established team in Carlisle, Cumbria.

Duties as a Vehicle Technician will include:
  • Deliver high standards of technical advice, service, and vehicle maintenance to customers
  • Conduct vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and servicing in accordance with manufacturer standards
  • Complete MOT testing for vehicles requiring certification
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
  • Remain updated with the latest vehicle technology, including Electric Vehicle maintenance through IMI Level 3 training during the first 12 months
  • Work effectively within a team to ensure customer satisfaction and departmental efficiency
Requirements that the Vehicle Technician will need:
  • Full valid UK driving licence
  • NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in Automotive Technology
  • Previous experience working as an Automotive Technician in a dealership environment
  • MOT testing qualification is essential
  • Experience with Electric Vehicle maintenance and repair (training provided)
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
