- £26,500 Basic Salary
- Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30 (40 hours)

- Accurately process and manage supplier invoices.
- Match invoices against purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies.
- Complete supplier statement reconciliations.
- Assist with preparing payment runs in line with agreed schedules.
- Deal professionally and efficiently with supplier queries.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Monitor customer accounts and outstanding balances.
- Proactively chase overdue payments.
- Resolve customer account queries and payment disputes.
- Produce aged debt reports and escalate issues where appropriate.
- Support cash collection targets and help improve debtor days.
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications and account activity.
- Previous experience within an accounts or finance environment.
- Experience across Purchase Ledger and Credit Control.
- Excellent attention to detail and a highly organised approach.
- Strong communication skills, with the confidence to deal with customers and suppliers.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
- A professional and resilient approach when dealing with difficult conversations.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to your work.
- The confidence to challenge discrepancies and see issues through to resolution.
- A high level of integrity and professionalism.
