Duties:
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise turnover
  • Provide excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships
  • Manage and oversee the sales process from initial contact to vehicle handover
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle stock, finance options, and market trends
  • Ensure all customers experience a professional and engaging buying journey
Requirements:
  • Proficient in PC and Microsoft Office applications
  • Web literate with strong organisational skills
  • Full, clean driving licence is essential
  • Proven experience in automotive sales or managerial roles is highly desirable
  • Previous experience with Finance & Insurance (F&I) is beneficial
