Are you an experienced sales professional seeking a leadership role within a busy automotive dealership? Currently, we are recruiting for a Car Sales Manager on behalf of a reputable main dealership in Basingstoke. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to lead a dynamic sales team and drive dealership success.

  • Monday to Friday working hours with weekends on a rota basis

Duties:
  • Lead and manage the dealership sales team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure excellent customer service
  • Motivate and support the sales team through coaching and performance reviews
  • Monitor sales activities and report on progress to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations
  • Manage weekend cover for the sales team on a flexible rota
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably within a main dealer environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work flexibly, including some weekends
  • Knowledge of the Basingstoke market and dealership operations is advantageous
