Our client, a well-established dealer group in Epsom, is seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to drive their sales operations and help take their franchise to the next level. This is a fantastic chance for a motivated professional to manage both new and used car sales in a thriving environment.
Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary in the range of £40,000 to £50,000
- Potential to earn up to £80,000 OTE
- 5-day working week with one weekend off per month
- Rota system with Sundays working 10am to 4pm, with time off in lieu

- Manage both new and used car sales departments to maximise profitability
- Source used car stock actively, including dealer transfers and consignments
- Oversee used car preparation, photography, and advertising in a timely manner
- Provide accurate finance quotations to customers
- Lead and motivate the sales team through performance reviews and coaching
- Monitor new car stock levels and dealer transfers
- Enhance franchise growth by developing sales strategies
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal procedures using systems such as Kerridge and Dealerweb
- Support the sales team
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager within the motor trade
- Extensive knowledge of new and used car sales processes
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Good understanding of dealership IT systems and compliance standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- A results-oriented approach with a focus on franchise growth
