Parts Advisor required – Kidderminster
  • Basic Salary: Up to £30,000
  • Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm / 9am to 6pm, with Saturday mornings 8:30am to 1:30pm on a rota basis

An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and experienced Parts Advisor to join a reputable, family-run dealership group in Kidderminster, Worcestershire. This role offers the chance to work within a busy and expanding aftersales department. Duties:
  • Supporting the Parts Department in day-to-day operations, including ordering parts promptly and maintaining accurate stock levels
  • Assisting technicians and service advisors with parts enquiries and availability
  • Identifying and supplying vehicle parts using manufacturer and aftermarket catalogues
  • Supporting wider Aftersales team by aiding with service customer enquiries and bookings
  • Managing stock levels, returns, and obsolescence to maximise profit and efficiency
  • Providing excellent customer service both face-to-face and over the telephone
  • Supporting the workshop by pre-picking parts in advance of appointments and ensuring smooth parts flow
Requirements:
  • Experience within an automotive Parts Department, motor factor, or similar environment
  • Good understanding of vehicle parts identification and cataloguing systems
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency with dealer management and parts catalogue systems
  • Professional communication skills and a friendly telephone manner
  • Full UK driving licence
