Vehicle Technician Required in Uckfield, East Sussex
  • Basic Salary: Up to £35,000
  • Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 16:30 Only! 
Our client is an independent, family owned dealership group based in East Sussex and have been successfully trading since the 1960’s. Specialising in the sale of new and used vehicles.

They are seeking a Technician to join their friendly, supportive team! This a great opportunity to join a thriving part of their on-site workshop following an increased workload.

Duties of a Technician with our Client:
  • The general maintenance and servicing of motor vehicles
  • Diagnosing and fault finding on vehicles
  • Ensure all work is carried out observing safe working practices of self and others
  • Liaise and seek advice from colleagues and supervisors in situations that are over and above work specified
  • Carry out diagnosis, repairs and servicing to the highest standards and to the appropriate specification
What our Client expects of their Technicians:
  • Strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn and develop in our team with a positive attitude
  • Good working relations with their colleagues
  • Being an MOT Tester would be an advantage but is not essential as full training can be given to an enthusiastic individual
  • Reliable on conscientious with as excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
