  • Pay: £35 - £36k + £900 per month uncapped bonus
  • Hours: 8 - 6pm Monday - Friday only! Optional Saturdays paid at time and half 
Are you an experienced Senior Service Advisor looking to advance your career within a reputable automotive dealership? Our client is seeking a dedicated Senior Service Advisor to join their busy team in Croydon. This is an excellent opportunity to work within the largest manufacturer site in Europe, offering superb earning potential, industry-leading benefits, and a supportive working environment.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of £36,000 per year
  • Outstanding bonus scheme with an OTE of £46,000
  • Uncapped monthly bonuses up to £900 based on performance
  • Monday to Friday working hours from 8am to 6pm, with optional paid overtime on Saturdays at time and a half

Duties:
  • Providing exceptional customer service as a Senior Service Advisor
  • Leading by example and managing the Service Advisor team
  • Achieving and exceeding service and warranty sales targets
  • Promoting and upselling service plans, VHCs, and labour warranty sales
  • Ensuring the accuracy of paperless job cards using Kerridge 
  • Managing customer expectations and delivering a first-class experience
  • Supporting the workshop with upsells and additional services
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction to meet or exceed targets
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor within the motor trade
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of DMS systems, preferably Kerridge
  • A customer-focused attitude with a drive to achieve sales targets
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
