Are you an experienced sales professional seeking a new challenge within the automotive industry? Our client, a well-established car dealership in Plymouth, is actively looking to appoint a dedicated Sales Executive to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a proven track record in motor trade sales to further their career and benefit from a competitive basic salary and excellent earning potential.

Benefits:
  • A competitive basic salary of £25,000 per annum
  • On-target earnings (OTE) of approximately £65,000
  • Company car provided
  • 31 days holiday entitlement plus bank holidays
  • Opportunities for immediate start and flexible interview scheduling
  • Guaranteed commission arrangements may be considered for new starters
  • Working hours from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, with one fixed weekday off and alternate weekends off
  • Well-stocked dealership
Duties:
  • Dealing with customer leads and enquiries to drive vehicle sales
  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable vehicle options
  • Managing finance packages and related paperwork efficiently
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
  • Collaborating with the sales team to efficiently handle customer enquiries and vehicle availability
  • Contributing to the dealership's ongoing sales targets and business growth
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in motor trade sales, ideally as a Sales Executive
  • Established sales track record within the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel as required
  • Motivated with a customer-focused approach
