Duties:
  • Managing daily workshop operations ensuring efficiency and productivity
  • Supervising and supporting a team of five technicians
  • Planning and scheduling work flow to maximise workshop profitability
  • Ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction
  • Liaising with service advisors and parts department to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or similar role
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Good understanding of automotive repair processes
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
