We are currently recruiting for a skilled and experienced Technician to join our client’s busy service centre in Loughton, Essex. This opportunity offers an excellent chance for a dedicated automotive professional to develop their career within a reputable dealership. The successful Technician will be responsible for delivering high standards of vehicle servicing and repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction is met at every stage.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary starting at £38,000 per annum
  • OTE up to £45,000 with performance-based bonus
  • Monday to Friday working pattern with paid overtime on a rota Saturday

Duties:
  • Conduct vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs to a high standard
  • Identify faults and communicate effectively with customers
  • Maintain accurate records and complete appropriate paperwork
  • Ensure workshop health and safety protocols are followed
  • Assist with additional workshop tasks where required
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Technician within a fast-paced workshop environment
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Relevant automotive qualifications (NVQ level 3 or equivalent)
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and meet deadlines
