We are recruiting for a Mobile Service Technician / Mechanic to join our client, a national dealership group representing one of the automotive industry's leading brands. Our Client a large automotive manufacture owned dealership group covering over 60 sites nationwide brands are currently seeking a Mobile position based in the Southampton area.

Our Client is seeking applications from individuals with a ‘Can do attitude’ and an understanding of how to deliver a great service on the highest scale. They are seeking individuals who want to be part of a special team for the long-haul, and help ensure that the business offers a stable environment for staff and customers alike.

What’s in it for you as a Mobile Service Technician?
  • Competitive Basic Salary
  • On-Target Earnings: £44,000
  • Shifts: Flexible day or night shifts available:
  • Days: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, plus 1 in 2 Saturdays on call
  • Nights: Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM, plus 1 in 2 Saturdays on call

Duties of a Mobile Service Technician with our Client:
  • Deliver high standards of vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs in line with brand procedures.
  • Provide technical advice and on-site support to customers.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism while working across various customer locations.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety standards.
What our Client expects of their Mobile Service Technicians:
  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Service Technician.
  • A valid UK driving licence.
  • Strong organisational skills, self-motivation, and resilience.
  • A desire to provide exceptional customer service and deliver results with minimal supervision.
