An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join a lead independent specialist business as a Branch Manager at their Bournemouth site. This role offers a chance to oversee daily operations, lead a dedicated team, and contribute to the company's ongoing growth.

Benefits:

  • Estimated OTE of approximately £48,000 per year

  • A structured working week from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Duties:
  • Oversee daily operations of the Bournemouth branch, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of quality control
  • Manage, motivate, and develop a team of technicians and support staff
  • Act as the primary customer-facing representative, fostering strong relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Maintain health and safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Implement and oversee operational procedures, ensuring efficiency and organisational structure
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a workshop controller, master technician, or in a similar managerial role within the motor trade
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with a background as a time-served mechanic
  • Excellent people management and communication skills
  • Ability to oversee work quality and lead a team without being primarily technical on a day-to-day basis
  • Knowledge of heavy mechanics and diagnostics is essential
  • Skilled at providing exceptional customer service and representing the business professionally
  • Approachable leadership style with organisational and motivational skills
