We are seeking a skilled and experienced LCV Technician to join our client's team in the Truro area, Cornwall. This LCV Technician role offers a competitive salary package and the opportunity to work within a well-established commercial service centre.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary of up to around £36,000 depending on skills and experience
  • Earnings of up to £42,000 OTE based on productivity bonus with potential for more
  • Flexible shift patterns including Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday, with hours from 7:00 to 18:15 or Monday–Friday shifts of 8:30 to 17:30, totaling 42.5 hours per week
Duties:
  • Conduct repairs and services on Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs)
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance to high standards
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle repairs
  • Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations
Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification in light vehicle maintenance or equivalent
  • Experience as an LCV or Car Technician
  • Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge
  • Ability to work efficiently both within a team and independently
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
