We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join a reputable automotive service team in Colindale, North West London. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional to work in a well-established workshop, offering a competitive salary and excellent career prospects. The successful individual will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a range of passenger vehicles while delivering high standards of customer service.

Benefits:
  • Competitive basic salary from £35,000 to £38,000 depending on experience, with an OTE of up to £50,000
  • 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 28 days plus bank holidays in January 2027

Duties
  • Conducting vehicle inspections, diagnostics, repairs and services efficiently and effectively
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of work carried out
  • Communicating clearly with customers regarding required repairs and costs
  • Ensuring all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations
  • Keeping work area clean, safe and well-organised
  • Assisting with additional workshop duties as required
Requirements
  • IMI Level 3 qualification preferred; Level 2 individuals with relevant experience will also be considered
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a busy workshop environment
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving license
