An exciting opportunity has arisen for a fully experienced MIG/TIG Welder / Fabricator to join a highly skilled and specialist team in Worcestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a limited series of bespoke sports cars within a purpose-built, temperature-controlled workshop. Quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail are prioritised over production-line speed, making this an ideal role for someone who takes genuine pride in their work.
  • Location: Worcestershire
  • Basic: £39,000 – £48,000+ DOE
  • Hours: Monday–Thursday 7:30am–5:00pm | Friday 8:00am–12:00pm

What you’ll be doing:
  • MIG and TIG welding across steel and aluminium
  • Tank and component fabrication
  • Chassis fabrication and welding
  • Manufacturing components to precise jig specifications
  • Producing high-quality fabricated components for bespoke vehicles
  • Working on low-volume vehicle manufacture and specialist automotive projects
  • Maintaining exceptional standards of craftsmanship and finish
What we’re looking for:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Welder / Fabricator
  • Strong MIG and TIG welding skills
  • Experience working with steel and aluminium
  • Experience in chassis fabrication and welding
  • Confident fabricating automotive components
  • Ability to produce components accurately to jig specifications
  • Low-volume vehicle manufacturing experience would be highly beneficial
