  • Monday to Friday working hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with rotation working one in three Saturdays from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm

Duties:
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships
  • Managing service bookings and keeping customers informed throughout the process
  • Upselling additional services and parts to maximise workshop efficiency
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with dealership standards
  • Coordinating closely with workshop staff to ensure timely vehicle repairs
  • Promoting repeat business through excellent communication and rapport
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within the motor trade industry
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Customer-focused with a professional and proactive attitude
  • Ability to upsell and negotiate effectively
  • Knowledge of workshop processes and vehicle repair procedures is advantageous
