We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Paint & Alloy Wheel Technician to join our client’s team. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled technicians looking to work in a supportive environment with a reputable company across Reading. The role offers a great balance of structured hours and flexibility, with the chance to earn a competitive salary plus performance bonuses.

  • Supportive working environment with designated working areas, including shelters and tents at some sites
Duties:

  • Carrying out paint repairs and alloy wheel refurbishments at dealership sites
  • Working mobile out of a van, supporting multiple dealership locations across the region
  • Providing high standards of service to support the dealership network
  • Managing jobs efficiently within the designated working areas
  • Ensuring work is completed to the highest quality and safety standards
Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Alloy Wheel Refurbisher or Mobile Paint Technician
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs across different sites
  • Good communication skills and a professional attitude
  • Full UK driving licence
