  • Up to £47,225 basic salary with an OTE of up to £51,455 depending on experience

Duties as a Master Vehicle Technician will include:
  • Carrying out advanced repairs and diagnostics as a Master Vehicle Technician
  • Performing cam belt and clutch replacements with precision and efficiency
  • Ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
  • Using workshop systems and equipment to diagnose and resolve vehicle issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of repairs and servicing
  • Supporting junior technicians and contributing to a team environment focused on quality and performance
Requirements that the Master Vehicle Technician will need:
  • Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Master Technician or similar role
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Technical knowledge to confidently work on various vehicle makes and models
  • Demonstrated ability to work to high standards and exceed productivity targets
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for the automotive industry
