Our client is an automotive business which is looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join their team in the Boston area. 

What is needed as an Aftersales Manager:
  • Have experience of working as Aftersales Manager or Service Manager in a dealership
  • Experienced and able to help your team with guidance, training and appraisals to get them to the levels they are able to
  • Can help your team to reach the KPI’s and targets that have been set for departments
  • Able to identify areas of where improvement in budgets and performance is needed and can be achieved
  • Can use Microsoft office packages to produce reports when needed
  • Able to focus and manage the customer service and satisfaction
