Service Advisor Required in Guilford for Family Run Car Dealership
  • Pay: £33k Basic + £38k OTE 
  • Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday with one late evening 6.30pm per week 
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Advisor to join a reputable family-run car dealership in Guildford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional looking to advance their career within the motor trade. The successful individual will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth workshop operations.

Duties:
  • Assist customers effectively by understanding their vehicle service needs
  • Manage workshop bookings and liaise with technicians to ensure job completion
  • Upsell additional services and parts whilst maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Process warranty claims and complete relevant documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history
  • Promote repeat business by providing a professional and consultative approach
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role within the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload efficiently
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and workshop processes
  • Customer-focused approach with a professional attitude
  • Valid driving licence
