We’re recruiting for a Mobile Vehicle Technician to join a growing automotive business. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who enjoys being out on the road rather than stuck in the same workshop every day. You’ll be travelling to customers across the region carrying out servicing, brakes, and diagnostic work on a range of vehicles.
  • Location: Covering a 100-mile radius from NG13
  • Salary: Up to £34,000 + bonus 
  • Hours: Monday – Thursday 7:00am – 4:00pm | Friday 7:00am – 2:30pm (44 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out servicing and routine vehicle maintenance
  • Complete brake repairs and replacement work
  • Perform vehicle diagnostics and fault finding
  • Travel to customer locations within a 100-mile radius of NG13
  • Work on a range of cars and light commercial vehicles
  • Complete digital job reports using company systems
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service
About You:
  • Qualified Vehicle Technician (minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
  • Strong experience with servicing, brakes, and diagnostics
  • Comfortable working independently in a mobile role
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Own tools required
  • Reliable, organised, and self-motivated attitude
  • Good customer-facing communication skills
