Due to relocation, our client, one of the UK's leading automotive accident repair groups with sites nationwide, is currently looking to hire a Bodyshop Manager to oversee their busy Haverfordwest centre. 
  • Salary: Between £45-50,000 basic salary, pending experience, with on-target earnings of £70,000 per annum.
  • Hours: 45-hour working week. Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the senior management team, in this role, you will oversee all operational and technical activities, managing workflow, supporting technicians and support staff, ensuring compliance, and maintaining excellent relationships with customers, suppliers, and work providers.  You will drive productivity, lead daily production meetings, and ensure the highest standards are achieved across the site, from estimate to vehicle return.

To be eligible, you will ideally have a strong background as a Bodyshop Manager or work at an assistant management/foreman/VDA level and be looking to take the next step in your career. You will be responsible for the training and development of a large team, so good leadership skills and self-motivation are essential. Our client specified that a methodical approach to work will also be required. A UK driving licence with minimal points is also essential.
