We are seeking a qualified Vehicle Technician to join our client’s dynamic team in Southampton. The successful individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality vehicle servicing and repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

  • Full-time position with 45 hours per week, including rotational weekends
Duties:
  • Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to manufacturer standards
  • Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) and documentation of work performed
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, providing accurate and efficient solutions
  • Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards
  • Support warranty and repair work, adhering to manufacturer procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace and keep up with manufacturer training
Requirements:
  • Recognised Level 3 qualification (e.g., IMI, City & Guilds) or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic, with exposure to servicing and warranty work
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and dedication to high standards
  • MOT licence is advantageous; full training can be provided if not yet qualified
  • Eagerness to develop skills within a manufacturer-led environment
  • Good communication and organisational skills
