Duties

  • Managing the front of house and ensuring excellent customer service
  • Overseeing workshop operations and workflow
  • Coordinating between the service department and customers
  • Supervising and supporting workshop staff
  • Ensuring the workshop meets quality and performance standards
Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of workshop procedures and customer service standards
  • A proactive approach to workshop management
