We are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join a well-established dealership in Gillingham. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to become a vital part of their dynamic team. The Parts Advisor will play a key role in managing parts stock, providing excellent customer service, and supporting both the sales and service departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Duties:
  • Maintaining the parts stock room and managing stock levels effectively
  • Maximise the profitability and efficiency of the parts department
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Act as the first point of contact for all parts related queries from customers, colleagues, and manufacturers
  • Support the smooth operation of the department by ensuring accurate stock control and administration
Requirements:
  • Experience in a parts role within a franchised automotive dealership or parts department
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Strong IT skills and familiarity with parts and stock management systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • A proactive mindset with a strong attention to detail
