We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HGV Workshop Controller to join a reputable team in West Drayton, Greater London. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to take the next step in their career within a dynamic and well-established company. The successful candidate will play a vital role in overseeing workshop operations and ensuring vehicle services are carried out to the highest standards.

Duties:

  • Oversee daily workshop operations and manage the workshop team
  • Plan and prioritise vehicle repairs and servicing
  • Ensure work quality meets company standards and compliance regulations
  • Maintain effective communication with customers and internal teams
  • Manage workshop timesheets, parts ordering, and resource allocation
Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Workshop Controller, preferably within HGV or commercial vehicle services
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Valid experience with workshop management systems and processes
