Our client, a well-established Accident Repair Centre in Luton, is currently looking for an experienced and qualified Panel Beater to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out high-quality panel repairs on damaged vehicles
- Remove and replace damaged body panels and components
- Repair steel and aluminium panels using approved repair methods
- Realign vehicle body structures and chassis where required
- Use welding and specialist body repair equipment safely and effectively
- Prepare repaired panels for the paint process
- Ensure all repairs are completed to manufacturer and industry standards
- Identify any additional damage or repair requirements during the repair process
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater within an accident repair or bodyshop environment
- Strong knowledge of modern vehicle repair techniques
- Experience working with steel and aluminium panels
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality repairs
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop
- ATA accreditation is advantageous but not essential
