Parts Supervisor Required in Guildford! 

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Parts Supervisor to join a well-established automotive dealership in Guildford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to lead a busy parts department within a reputable and award-winning business, delivering exceptional service and supporting the overall success of the dealership.

Duties:
  • Oversee day-to-day operational management of the parts department ensuring stock levels and inventory accuracy
  • Lead, support, and develop the parts team to ensure high standards of customer service
  • Manage stock control procedures, including regular stock audits and reconciliation
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of parts orders, invoices, and deliveries
  • Offer expert advice to customers both face-to-face and over the phone, understanding their requirements and providing effective solutions
  • Collaborate with workshop and internal departments to support workshop productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints efficiently and escalate unresolved issues when necessary
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working within a main dealer parts department or similar environment
  • Proven leadership skills or experience in a supervisory role
  • Familiarity with Kerridge or equivalent dealer management systems
  • Strong organisational and stock management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and a customer-focused approach
  • Full UK driving licence
