Our client is a fast-growing automotive business looking to recruit an experienced Tyre Technician to join their busy Leicester branch. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Tyre Technician to join an established automotive business offering regular bonus opportunities, fully funded training and genuine career development.
  • Basic Salary: Up to £31,000
  • OTE: Up to £34,000
  • Hours: Full-time, Permanent 
Key Responsibilities
  • Fit and repair tyres across a range of cars and light vehicles.
  • Carry out all work safely and to a high standard.
  • Remove and refit vehicle components where required.
  • Identify and report any additional faults or issues found on vehicles.
  • Ensure vehicles are returned clean and free from marks following work.
  • Complete all relevant documentation accurately.
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
  • Work efficiently to meet required timescales and quality standards.
Our client is looking for a competent Tyre Technician with:
  • Previous experience as a Tyre Technician, ideally gained through employment or an apprenticeship.
  • A relevant automotive qualification would be advantageous.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • A full clean UK driving licence, held for at least 6 months.
  • The ability to produce high-quality work within specified timescales.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a busy team.
  • A friendly, professional and approachable manner.
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to make decisions using your own initiative.
