The Group Parts Manager will oversee parts operations across multiple sites, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and excellent customer service.

Duties:
  • Managing parts departments across multiple locations to optimise stock levels and sales
  • Leading, motivating, and supporting the parts team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ensuring high standards of operational efficiency within the parts department
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and OEMs
  • Monitoring KPIs and producing reports to track departmental performance
  • Overseeing stock control, ordering, and inventory management
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Parts Manager or Group Parts Manager within the automotive industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities
  • Demonstrable success in controlling costs and increasing sales
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and industry standards
  • Valid driving licence
