We are currently seeking a highly motivated Car Sales Executive to join our client's team in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive Car Sales Executive to develop their career within the automotive industry, focusing on selling new vehicles and prestige used cars.

The Car Sales Executive role offers a supportive environment where your attitude and salesmanship are valued, regardless of previous industry experience.

Duties:
  • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide expert advice
  • Sell new Chinese brand vehicles and high-quality used cars to a diverse client base
  • Follow up on leads and build lasting relationships with customers
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
  • Maintain accurate customer records and manage the sales process efficiently
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within the automotive industry, but open to Sales Executives with the right attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A motivated and enthusiastic approach to sales
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence
