We are seeking a skilled and motivated MOT Technician to join our client's team in Weymouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced MOT Technician looking to further their career within a reputable and fast-growing automotive organisation. The successful individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality MOT testing and mechanical repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high industry standards.

Duties:
  • Conduct MOT tests in compliance with DVSA requirements ensuring safety and accuracy
  • Perform general servicing and repairs such as brakes, exhausts, suspension, and tyre fitting
  • Use alignment machines to check and adjust vehicle settings accurately
  • Follow health and safety regulations at all times
  • Maintain professional appearance and ensure the highest standards of customer service
  • Assist with additional tasks as required by management
Requirements
  • Valid MOT Licence
  • Proven experience in mechanical repairs and fast-fit services including tyre fitting, brakes, exhausts, and suspension
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy workshop environment
